Dear students,

I hope you are all doing well and you are enjoying your semestr in Brno.

Read the following details properly as it gives you further details on the check out procedure regarding the Erasmus ICM programme administration.

Your scholarship is calculated by day based on dates in your scholarship contract you signed after your arrival to MU. Most of you signed the scholarship contract by 20th July 2021, so you need to stay in Brno by at least 16 July to get the full financial support as indicated in the grant agreement/addendum to grant agreement. In case you plan on leaving earlier you must let me know immediatelly to change the grant agreement and reflect it in the last scholarship installment. If you stay later after July 20, 2021 you will not get any further scholarship coverage.

If you want to change the date of your departure, let us know immediately!
You need to inform me about your departure date by 16 June 2021 by email.

Additional check out steps for Erasmus ICM students

1. Submit EU Survey - one month before the end of your mobility you will receive an email with link to submit it (also for virtual mobilities). As all of you have the end of mobility set for July 20, 2021, you will receive the EU Survey request on June 21, 2021. Fill it out immediatelly after you get it.

2. Gain 20 ECTS - minimum requirement for the whole semester! (also for virtual mobilities)

3. Check out from your accommodation (see the email I sent you recently)

4. Come in person to our office to sign the confirmation of departure - usually based on the date of departure from Brno (everyone has to arrange an appointment with me by email reflecting the date of departure from Brno). Please keep in mind that I will not be available in the office from July 1 to 14. So once you know the date of departure from Brno, let me know and we will arrange the meeting individially.

The last installment of scholarship (20 per cent) will be paid after

- you have completed the Learning Agrement and its chagnes

- you have submitted the travel cost reimbursement from travelling to Brno

- you have submitted the boarding passes/tickets from your travelling to Brno

- you submit EU Survey online

- you gain at least 20 ECTS or we arranged differently

- you inform me about the date of departure and date of check out (by 16th June 2021)
- you requested the way back travel reimbursement if applicable (find the form here). We will reimburse you only back home travel plans. If you do not request the travel costs back home now, we will not be able to reimburse you afterwards.

- you submit further required documents (research plan, etc.)

You will also need to submit the boarding pass from your air travel back home and inform us about any changes that appeared during your travel back home and have not been reflected in the travel costs reimbursement.

After mobility steps (also for virtual mobilities)

Once you get back home with MU transcript of records, you need to get your MU credits recognized by your home university. Once it happens you need to fill out the last section of the Learnig agreement called After mobility where you enter the recognition results (no further signature needed).
